Yes to both. The Valley Clean Team carries $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. Every cleaner passes a criminal background check, identity verification and reference checks before their first visit. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

Yes. Veterans and active-duty service members receive 15% off all services in every market we serve. Mention it when you request your quote and we apply it before you book — it is not a rebate you have to claim afterward.
What does veteran-owned actually change about the cleaning?
Three concrete things. Every clean is worked against the written checklist for your plan (44 items weekly or bi-weekly, 55 monthly) rather than a cleaner's memory. The number we quote is the number we bill, with two exceptions, both yours: you add work, or the house isn't what we talked through on the call. Either way you hear from us before anything changes, not after. And if something is missed, you send us a photo within 24 hours of your clean and we come back and fix it, free.
Is a veteran-owned cleaning service more expensive?
