We recommend deep cleaning for first-time customers, then transitioning to regular maintenance.
How long does a typical cleaning take?
Cleaning time varies based on home size and service type. A regular cleaning for a 2-3 bedroom home typically takes 2-3 hours. Deep cleaning takes 4-6 hours. Move-in/out cleaning can take 4-8 hours depending on the property's condition. We provide time estimates with your quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox code. Our team members are background-checked and covered by $2 million in liability insurance. You can trust us to care for your home. We'll lock up securely when finished and can text or call when complete.
Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Yes. We tailor our services to your specific needs. Want us to focus on kitchens and bathrooms? Skip the bedrooms? Add interior windows or fridge cleaning? Just let us know your priorities and we'll customize the service and pricing accordingly.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
We carry $2 million in general liability insurance specifically for this reason. In the rare event of accidental damage, report it within 24 hours and we'll work with you to resolve it promptly. Your belongings and property are protected when you choose The Valley Clean Team.
How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
Very little. Pick up clutter and personal items so we can access surfaces. Secure valuables, ensure pets are safely contained, and provide access instructions. Let us know about any problem areas or special requests. We handle the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. For recurring services, we can set up automatic billing for your convenience. Payment is collected after service completion, so you only pay when you're satisfied with the results.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee as our team has already allocated time for your appointment. Emergencies are always handled with understanding.
