Our Story
We started The Valley Clean Team because we kept hearing the same story: the cleaning company was fine at first, then the quality slid, then they stopped answering. Nobody's mad about a missed baseboard. They're mad that nobody called them back about it.
So we built the boring parts first. A checklist for every service — 44 items for a regular clean, 57 for a deep clean — so "clean" means the same thing on visit one and visit forty. Background checks and $2 million in liability coverage. A re-clean policy with teeth: tell us within 24 hours that we missed something and we'll get a re-clean on the schedule right away, no charge.
And two owners — Todd, a veteran, who runs the company day to day, and Christen, who makes sure you've heard of us — who've served 1,500+ customers across Alabama and Tennessee.

Todd & Christen Frederickson
Co-Founders
We are Todd and Christen, the husband-and-wife team behind The Valley Clean Team. As disciples of Jesus Christ, we founded this company on a foundation of faith, believing that we are called to serve our community with integrity, honesty, and excellence.
We bring different gifts to the table but share the same mission. Todd, a former corporate trainer, is the "tinkerer" of the group—always refining our systems to ensure we are good stewards of your trust. Christen, with her background in marketing and science, focuses on the heart of the business—ensuring that our team is cared for and that our clients feel truly served, not just "cleaned for."
When we aren't working, we are usually chasing our 4-year-old daughter, Charlotte. You might catch Todd admiring a classic muscle car or Christen enjoying a quiet trip to the library, but our greatest joy comes from raising our family and running our business to the glory of God.
