A $200 clean and a $120 clean aren’t the same product. Ours includes a 44-item checklist (57 for deep cleans) that gets finished whether or not the crew is running behind. It includes cleaners who are background-checked and covered by $2 million in liability insurance. And it includes a promise most companies won’t put in writing: if we missed something, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
It also includes a straight answer about money. The prices above are real starting points, not bait. Call with your square footage and the type of cleaning you want, and you’ll have your exact number before you hang up. That number doesn’t change unless you add work. We do not price-match competitors, and we tell you every fee before service. We think that’s how adults should be able to buy things.
We’re not for everyone. If you’re collecting three quotes so you can take the lowest one, we’ll save you the call — it won’t be us.
Pricing FAQs
How is pricing determined?
Price is set by square footage and service type — not estimated per hour, and not a guess we revise when we see the house. A regular clean starts at $200, a deep clean at $276, a move-in/out at $351, and post-construction at $526. From there, recurring service takes 30% off weekly, 25% off biweekly, or 15% off monthly; a pet fee of $25/pet applies, and a $5–$15 travel fee depends on your service area. Condition matters too — a home that has gone a long time between cleans may need a deep clean first, and we tell you that before you book. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before we start.
Do you charge extra for pets?
Yes. The standard pet fee is $25/pet. If a home requires extra work for heavy pet hair shed, the separate +$100 heavy-shed surcharge also applies. Applicable pet charges are shown upfront.
How far in advance should I book?
Current scheduling options are shown in BookingKoala. For the best selection, we recommend booking 2–3 days ahead when possible.
Are there any travel or mileage fees?
Travel fees are $5–$15 when applicable. We disclose any travel fee upfront with your quote.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?
Yes! Weekly customers receive 30% off, bi-weekly customers receive 25% off, and monthly customers receive 15% off the standard cleaning price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the appointment have no fee. A $100 fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, and lock-outs.
