How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on home size (square footage), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of service requested, and current condition of the home. We provide exact quotes after understanding your specific needs.
Do you charge extra for pets?
We love pets! Standard pet households have no extra charge - normal pet hair and pet-related cleaning is included. For homes with multiple large pets, excessive shedding, or pet accidents that require specialized cleaning, we'll provide an honest quote upfront based on the actual condition. We'll never surprise you with hidden fees.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day service is available based on team availability and includes a $25-50 rush fee depending on the service type. For best availability, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance. Are there any travel or mileage fees?
No travel fees within our core service areas (Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Mountain Brook, Muscle Shoals/Florence, Nashville, and West Nashville). For locations outside these areas, a small travel fee may apply - we'll let you know upfront when you request a quote.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?
Yes! Weekly customers receive up to 20% off, bi-weekly customers receive up to 15% off, and monthly customers receive up to 10% off regular prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand life happens. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance have no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee. No-shows without notice will be charged the full service amount.
