Here’s what you’re actually paying for.
A $195 clean and a $120 clean aren’t the same product. Ours includes a 44-item checklist (57 for deep cleans) that gets finished whether or not the crew is running behind. It includes cleaners who are background-checked and covered by $2 million in liability insurance. And it includes a promise in writing: if we missed something, send us a photo within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
It also includes a straight answer about money. The prices above are real starting points, not bait. Call with your square footage and the type of cleaning you want, and you’ll have your exact number before you hang up. That number doesn’t change unless you add work. We do not price-match competitors, and we tell you every fee before service. We think that’s how adults should be able to buy things.
We’re not the right cleaning company for everyone. If the job is to collect three quotes and take the lowest, we’ll usually lose that one, and we’d rather lose it honestly than win it with a number that grows once the crew is inside. If the job is the same checklist done every visit at a price that holds, that’s the one we’re built for.
Pricing FAQs
How is pricing determined?
Price is set by square footage and service type — not estimated per hour, and not a guess we revise when we see the house. A regular clean starts at $195, a deep clean at $330, a move-in/out at $390, and post-construction at $638. From there, recurring service takes up to 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly, or 5% off monthly; a pet fee of $25/pet applies, and a $5–$15 travel fee depends on your service area. Condition matters too — a home that has gone a long time between cleans may need a deep clean first, and we tell you that before you book. Your exact price is confirmed in writing before we start.
Do you charge extra for pets?
Yes. The standard pet fee is $25/pet. If a home requires extra work for heavy pet hair shed, the separate +$100 heavy-shed surcharge also applies. Applicable pet charges are shown upfront.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three days ahead gets you the best pick of times. Tell us your dates when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's open.
Are there any travel or mileage fees?
Travel fees are $5–$15 when applicable. We disclose any travel fee upfront with your quote.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?
Yes. Weekly takes up to 20% off, bi-weekly 15% off, and monthly 5% off the standard cleaning price. Monthly pricing starts with your second visit. On our $195 starting rate that is $156 a visit weekly, $166 bi-weekly and $185 monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the appointment have no fee. A $100 fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, no-shows, and lock-outs.
