What cleaning a home in The Nations actually involves
The Nations went from an industrial pocket to one of Nashville's fastest-building neighborhoods, and the housing shows it. Tall-and-skinny new builds sit next to bungalows from the 1940s, often on the same block.
That split matters for cleaning. A new build is mostly hard surfaces and stair flights, so the time goes into floors and glass. A renovated bungalow has original trim and older baseboards that take longer to do properly, which is deep-clean work rather than a regular visit.
A lot of homes here are short-term rentals. Tell us your check-out and check-in windows and we schedule turnovers around them, running the same checklist for every guest.

The Nations cleaning questions, answered with numbers
Prices, what's included, and the fees other companies leave off the website.
How much does house cleaning cost in The Nations?
Regular cleaning starts at $200, deep cleaning at $276, and move-in or move-out at $351. A recurring schedule brings it down: $150 a visit weekly, $150 biweekly, $170 monthly. Square footage and service type set the price. Call during business hours about most standard residential homes and you get a firm flat number on that call rather than a range. Post-construction work, homes outside our published size brackets, and anything that reaches us after hours get a written quote within 2 business hours instead.
Does the price change once you see the house?
No. The number we quote on the call is the number you pay. It moves only if you add work after the quote, or the home was described differently than it is. The condition we find on arrival is our problem to plan for, not a reason to re-price you.
What's included in a standard cleaning?
Every visit runs the same 44-item checklist: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors, with high-touch surfaces wiped throughout. A deep clean adds 13 more items. Inside the oven and fridge are move-out items or paid add-ons.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Every cleaner is background-checked before their first job, and we carry $2 million in liability coverage. We are insured, not bonded, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
What are the fees I should know about before booking?
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, a no-show, or a lock-out is a $100 fee. Pets are $25 each, and a heavy-shedding household can carry a $100 surcharge. Homes at the edge of our area may carry a $5–$15 travel fee. You hear all of it on the call.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it at no charge. Every visit runs the same checklist, so the result does not depend on who is on the schedule that day.
Do you clean short-term rentals in The Nations?
Yes. Turnovers are timed to your check-out and check-in windows, and every guest gets the same checklist. Tell us the check-in time when you book and we work backward from it.
Do you clean new construction and freshly renovated homes?
Yes. Construction leaves fine dust, paint flecks and sticker residue that a regular clean is not built for, so that runs as a post-construction job on its own list. A move-in clean on a finished house is different work and a different price.
Which parts of The Nations do you cover?
The 37209 zip code, including the 51st Avenue corridor, Charlotte Pike, the Centennial Park vicinity and Murphy Road. If you are just outside it, call and we will tell you straight whether we can get to you.
