Recurring Maid Service FAQs for Mountain Brook
Common questions about recurring maid service in Mountain Brook
How does recurring pricing work?
A recurring schedule is billed at a lower rate than a one-time clean: up to 30% off weekly, 25% off bi-weekly, and 15% off monthly. Weekly service carries a $150 per-visit minimum, so on our $200 starting rate a weekly visit works out to $150 rather than the full 30%. Tell us your square footage on the call and you get the exact number.
Will I have the same cleaner?
We don't promise a specific cleaner. Every visit follows the same checklist for your plan (44 items weekly or bi-weekly, 55 monthly), and your notes stay on file, so the result does not depend on who is on the schedule that day.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts required. We earn your business with every clean. You can pause, skip, or cancel your Mountain Brook cleaning service at any time with just 24-48 hours notice.
