Deductions for damage, wear, or anything outside cleaning are up to your landlord, and nobody can promise those away. Here's what we can promise:
- We clean what inspectors check. The checklist covers the spots that show up on Huntsville deduction lists: inside the oven, inside the fridge, kitchen cabinet interiors, baseboards, window sills, and showers and tubs.
- $2 million in liability insurance covers the property while we're working.
