Green Cleaning in Decatur, AL

Our Decatur green cleaning uses plant-based, biodegradable products on request. No harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or toxic residues on your floors and surfaces. You get the same clean 44-item cleaning results without exposing your family, pets, or the Tennessee River Valley environment to potentially harmful substances. The difference is entirely in what products produce the result, not in the result itself.

Yes — professional-grade plant-based formulations clean as effectively as conventional chemicals for all standard household surfaces. Our enzyme-based degreasers cut through kitchen grease as well as petroleum-based products. Hydrogen peroxide-based cleaners handle bathroom grime without bleach. Modern eco-friendly products have come a long way, and the professional-grade products we use in Decatur homes are not a compromise — they're a straightforward swap of what produces the clean result.

Absolutely. Our green cleaning products are specifically chosen for pet safety — no toxic residues on floors where pets walk and play, no harmful fumes, and no ingredients that could harm curious animals who lick surfaces or groom themselves after being on cleaned floors. Many Decatur pet owners switched to our green service after concerns about their dogs and cats being exposed to conventional cleaning chemical residues.

Green cleaning starts at $195 for Decatur homes — the same as our standard cleaning, because the professional-grade eco-friendly products we use cost about what conventional ones do. On a recurring plan the usual discounts apply: up to 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, 5% monthly. Monthly pricing starts with your second visit. Your square footage and the type of cleaning set the exact price. Call 256-826-1100 with your square footage and you'll have your number before you hang up.

Yes — environmental compatibility is a core criterion in how we select our green cleaning products. We choose biodegradable formulations specifically because they break down safely rather than introducing synthetic chemicals into the watershed. For Decatur families who care about Wheeler Lake and the Tennessee River, green cleaning is a meaningful local environmental choice with real consequences for the water system we all share.

Yes — if you're already a biweekly or weekly client and want to switch to eco-friendly products, just let us know. We'll update your file and apply our green product protocol from your next visit forward. There's no additional charge for the switch — same schedule, same checklist, different products.

Our green cleaning handles all standard household surfaces: tile, porcelain, stainless steel, painted surfaces, glass, laminate, hardwood, and more. Our team is trained to match the appropriate eco-friendly product to each surface type — we don't apply a single green spray to everything. For sensitive surfaces like natural stone or original hardwood, we use pH-neutral plant-based formulations that clean effectively without risking damage.

Yes. Bathrooms get the same scrub as a standard clean, using hydrogen peroxide-based and plant-based cleaners instead of bleach. We don't make disinfection claims for any product, and you can ask what is in anything we use.

Yes — many of our Decatur green cleaning clients are in the historic Albany and Bank Street districts, where original hardwood floors, vintage tile, and period fixtures require both careful product selection and thoroughness. Our eco-friendly product range includes pH-neutral options appropriate for original hardwood and gentle formulations for vintage surfaces. Historic homes and green cleaning are a natural fit.
