Pets are fine. We clean houses with dogs and cats every week. The published fees are $25 per pet and +$100 when shedding is heavy. Pet-safe products are the default. Green or fragrance-free is available at no extra product charge.
Regular cleaning still starts at $200. Deep cleaning still starts at $276. Those fees sit on top of the visit price. Full list: pricing.
Call 256-826-1100 or request a quote. Tell us the animals when you book. That is how the invoice stays honest.
What the two pet fees are for
$25 per pet is the standard add-on. Hair on baseboards, furniture edges, and floors takes extra passes. One lab is not the same job as a house with no animals.
+$100 heavy shed is for the visit where hair is a layer, not a dusting. Under the couch, in the vents you can see, packed in corners, stuck to the baseboards after a seasonal blowout. It is not a punishment fee. It is time.
We would rather say the +$100 on the call than send a team into a two-hour overrun and invent a line item at the door.
What a regular visit will do
On the 44-item regular clean:
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Furniture we can move safely around, not a full lift-and-extract of every sofa
- Hair pulled off reachable baseboards and corners
- Kitchen and bath as usual
- Trash out
A regular visit is maintenance. It keeps hair from becoming the room. It does not replace a carpet extractor or an upholstery shop.
What it will not do
- Pull hair out of every couch cushion on a regular stop
- Wash the dog bed unless you add laundry
- Deodorize with a fogger or ozone machine
- Guarantee a house will smell like it has no pets
If the smell is in the carpet pad or the HVAC, cleaning the surfaces will not finish the job. Say that on the call if that is the real problem.
When to book a deep clean instead
Book deep cleaning from $276 when hair has had months to settle: baseboards, fans, the backs of doors, the kitchen kick plates, the spare room nobody uses.
After that, weekly or biweekly regular visits keep it from returning to that state. Weekly is the better fit for two shedders and kids. The schedule math is here: weekly vs biweekly.
Products and allergies
We do not use a separate “pet formula” as a surprise upcharge. Pet-safe is standard. If someone in the house has asthma or hates fragrance, ask for unscented. There is no product surcharge for that.
If you need us to skip a room because a reactive animal is crated there, say so when you book. We work around closed doors.
How to make the visit count
- Pick up toys, leashes, and food bowls off the floor
- Crate or walk the animal if they shadow the vacuum
- Tell us about a cat that hides in the guest-room closet
- Mention a recent blowout or a new puppy
We can clean with the pet home. A nervous dog in the hallway slows the job and is not safer for the animal.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge extra for pets?
Yes. $25 per pet. Heavy shedding is +$100. Both are on our pricing page.
Can you get dog smell out?
Surface smell, often. Pad and duct smell, not with a regular clean. We will tell you if the job you want is not the job we sell.
Are your products safe if a dog licks the floor?
We use pet-safe products and can run unscented. Floors should be dry before a pet is back on them. That is normal.
Do I need to leave?
No. A lot of clients leave a code. Teams are background-checked and insured for $2 million.
