Cleaning time varies based on home size and service type. A regular cleaning for a 2-3 bedroom home typically takes 2-3 hours. Deep cleaning takes 4-6 hours. Move-in/out cleaning can take 4-8 hours depending on the property's condition. We provide time estimates with your quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home. Many clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox code. Our team members are background-checked and covered by $2 million in liability insurance. You can trust us to care for your home. We'll lock up securely when finished and can text or call when complete.
Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Absolutely! We tailor our services to your specific needs. Want us to focus on kitchens and bathrooms? Skip the bedrooms? Add interior windows or fridge cleaning? Just let us know your priorities and we'll customize the service and pricing accordingly.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?

How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. For recurring services, we can set up automatic billing for your convenience. Payment is collected after service completion, so you only pay when you're satisfied with the results.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee as our team has already allocated time for your appointment. Emergencies are always handled with understanding.
